International delivery times may occasionally experience minimal delays due to custom inspections. We have no control over which packages experience delays, but any delays are usually minor. Please note that we have absolutely no control over applicable custom duties and taxes. Any additional fees imposed by customs or your local postal service are your responsibility. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We ship orders Monday through Saturday (excluding major USA holidays when the postal service is closed). Our final pickup is typically at 5pm Pacific Standard Time (PST), Monday-Saturday.

It is our responsibly to ensure that your order arrives at your shipping destination. If your order is lost within the USPS mail system, we will send a replacement order. However, if your order is marked as delivered by USPS, we are not responsible for stolen packages. It is your responsibility to provide us with a correct shipping address, and for that shipping destination to be safe and secure.

We are not responsible for orders that are delivered late due to USPS delays. On occasion, USPS temporarily loses packages and those packages are nearly always delivered. We do not refund shipping costs under these scenarios. We can only guarantee USPS Priority Mail Express Orders. If an order shipped Express is late, we can refund shipping costs as they are guaranteed by USPS.
